	January 29, during the month crews have been working on the Lenard passing siding. Here you see a crew laying roadbed and setting out track.


Here another crew works on installation of the signal system for the new section of track.
	Another crew also did modifications to track and switches to enable the signal system.

February 13 -16, the FLS Winter Meet stops at the CP&G.

	March 12, left the new tracks/switches are tweaked. Below two progress photos.

	Sanford Yard is busy on this run day.

March 26, latest engineer/conductor certification class yielded the first person to ace the test (notice they are all ladies).
	Here the first cast milepost is installed.

	June 18, left is the stretch of track on the back side of the Dade City Loop. Today a crew reworked this track to remove the "S" curve. Results are in the last two photos.

	These photos show some of the reconfiguration of track in the Pasco Loop.

	December 27, CP&G hosted the Boys & Girls Club of Hernando County.

January 7, today we worked on the tight curve in the Pasco loop. First dug roadbed, tamped base then relocated the track.

	January 21 & 18. Photo at left shows last steps done on Pasco loop.
Another load of ballast on its way to the track. This effort is ongoing to prep for Winter Meet.
	Here an area at the northwest corner of the park is being cleared for members to park during the meet.
Another ongoing task is replacement of ties.
	This series shows the work done to put a new LED light fixture into our parking area.


Here you see the signal crew locating the position new signals being installed.

FLS Winter Meet at the CP&G RR, February 10 - 15, 2012

	March 24, a new cross over gets installed in the pair of tracks to Dade City.

April 7, this weekend the signal crew began installing the infrastructure for the signals in Trilby Junction.
	Was it the red one or the blue one?

May 5, here is part of the crew that disassembled the old ballast bin. The new one should be in place in the next couple of weeks.

May 12th, today was our public run day for the month. However, lots of work was done also.
	Here you see the site prep work was done for our new ballast bin.
Here a crew worked on installing posts along the road where it comes closest to our track.

	This series of photos shows the new signal heads installed in the Trilby Junction area.

	May 19, we cut in a new switch, completed and laid in place another and started a 3rd. This will lead to the new storage yard.

Another crew was busy putting in new lines to a new RV site.
	After they completed putting in the posts started last week.
All this and hosted a birthday train or two.

June 16, to the right we see trenching for installation of water lines to some of the new RV parking spots.
	Here we see another new connection to some existing spots. (notice on right)
Another crew is assembling track panels and switches which will be used in the planned new train barn.

	Here a crew is working on weed control in our yard.

	July 7, placement of the switch and measurements for diamond which will lead to our new train barn were done. Also, final position of the structure was set. Permits have been obtained and construction should begin soon.

July 14, during this months Public run day, the CP&G hosted the first of our Orange Belt Presentation Series. To the right a special train leaves for out steaming bays for a demonstration of "Operating a Steam Locomotive".

	July 21, new car barn construction has begun and track is being set out. Construction of track work continues.

Our lift got some much needed maintenance and is put back in service.

August 4, today the crossing required for the new car barn was installed. You can see a portion of the completed barn beyond.
	This is a photo of the lap switch to be used for the new barn. Today the switch was completed and we set it in place to check for alignment.

	August 18, in the rain we assembled the last switch needed for the new car barn. In the picture below, it will go the the two middle tracks.

August 25, day began cutting in the switch in the mainline to the new barn. Then connecting the next two switches and in the end we backed one of the club trains into its new home.

	September 1, Club equipment in it's new home. Below left, Crews Lake went over the path down from the station and below see water up to the boat ramp.

September 29, these photos show the site preparation for the new storage yard being built. On the right you will see where it is in relation to current car barn. At least two of the tracks will be over 130' long. Work done today included building switches and track panels for this effort. Also, RV site work was accomplished.

	September 8th, First Annual Crews Lake Appreciation Day. Here we recognize the Crew Lake Park employees for their support.

Special award given to Commissioner Ann Hildebrand for championing our organization with the Pasco County Commission.

	This is what it is all about. Sharing our hobby with kids of all ages. Special thanks to all the sponsors and vendors for their contributions to this effort. All monies donated during this event will be used for part infrastructure improvements.
